Se destina la suma de dos mil pesos ($ 2,000) para reparar los daños que el temblor del 7 de junio último causó a la iglesia de Belén, de la ciudad de Popayán. Esta suma se entregará al Gobernador eclesiástico de la Diócesis del mismo nombre.
