Aprobación de la garantía de cumplimiento. Antes del inicio de la ejecución del contrato, la entidad contratante aprobará la garantía mediante Acta, suscrita por la persona designada para el efecto en el Manual de Contratación, siempre y cuando reúna las condiciones legales y reglamentarias propias de cada instrumento y ampare los riesgos establecidos para cada caso.
