° Entrega de liquidaciones al Fondo . La Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, los establecimientos públicos y las empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado, deberán entregar al Fondo Nacional de Ahorro las liquidaciones previstas en el artículo 22, dentro de los términos que señale el Gobierno. Los ministerios, departamentos administrativos, establecimientos públicos y empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado entregarán al Fondo las liquidaciones previstas en el artículo 27, durante el mes de enero del año inmediatamente siguiente.
