Art. 3°. La entrega se hará con vista del plano que queda en la Oficina del Presidente o Gobernador del Estado o Prefecto del Territorio, cuando remiten el espediente a la Secretaría de Hacienda i Fomento, i por los linderos que determina la resolucion final que adjudica el terreno. Para este efecto, el Presidente, Gobernador o Prefecto remitirán el espediente i el plano al funcionario que designen para hacer la entrega.
