Toda autorización que otorgue el Ministerio de Comunicaciones a los concesionarios del servicio de radiodifusión sonora en Amplitud Modulada, dará lugar al pago a favor del Fondo de Comunicaciones, por una suma equivalente a un (1) salario mínimo legal mensual, pagaderos dentro de los cinco días siguientes a la fecha de perfeccionamiento del contrato.
