º . De la prestación del servicio en gestión directa. El Estado prestará el Servicio de Radiodifusión Sonora en gestión directa por conducto de entidades públicas debidamente autorizadas, por ministerio de la ley o a través de licencia otorgada directamente por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
