El Gobierno Nacional, a través del Municipio de Barrancabermeja, invertirá anualmente los recursos de que trata la presente Ley, de acuerdo con el Plan de Inversiones que deberá elaborar previamente el Municipio, quien contará con la asesoría permanente de la Dirección de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte.
