Causal de disolución por el no cumplimiento de la hipótesis de negocio en marcha. Las Entidades Empresariales que no cumplan la hipótesis de negocio en marcha están incursas en causal de disolución. Este hecho lo verifica el administrador al momento de elaborar los estados financieros de propósito general al cierre del ejercicio y lo obliga a informar en forma completa y documentada su conclusión al máximo órgano social en la reunión ordinaria28.
