Las multas procederán en los siguientes casos: Cuando el sujeto no le haya dado cumplimiento a la amonestación será sancionado hasta con cinco (5) SMMLV. En la graduación de la sanción se tendrá en cuenta la gravedad de la infracción, las circunstancias que rodearon la misma, los antecedentes de la empresa y su incidencia en la prestación del servicio público de transporte.
