Art. 41. La inscripción de un alumno en el registro de matrículas tiene por objeto hacer constar oficialmente que el alumno contrae para con el Instituto los deberes mencionados en el presente plan orgánico, y los más que el Consejo Directivo creare en uso de sus funciones.
