Deber de asesoría frente a los clientes inversionistas. En adición a los deberes consagrados en el artículo anterior, los intermediarios de valores en desarrollo de las actividades de intermediación previstas en los numerales 1 y 2 del artículo 7.1.1.1.2 del presente decreto tendrán que cumplir con el deber de asesoría para con sus clientes inversionistas. Para el efecto, deberán aplicar lo dispuesto en el Libro 40 de la Parte 2 del presente decreto.
