El porcentaje de las nóminas mensuales de los empleadores y la consignación de aportes se rigen por lo dispuesto en el artículo 40 de la Ley 7ª de 1979. El ICBF para efecto de su recaudo, podrá celebrar contratos con los bancos oficiales, o con cualquier entidad que a juicio de la Junta Directiva, pueda prestar este servicio eficientemente.
