Incumplimiento . Cuando los solicitantes no cumplan oportunamente con los requisitos señalados en los numerales 2º y 4º del artículo 19 del presente Decreto, el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior dejará sin efecto la resolución de declaración y desarrollo de la Zona Franca.
