Art. 6° Si el producto del empréstito no fuere suficiente para la conversión total de los billetes del Banco Nacional por monedas de quinientos milésimos (0,500) en el caso del artículo 4. °, el Gobierno podrá ejecutar las operaciones de crédito que considere conducentes á la extinción completa del curso forzoso del papel.
