Retención en la fuente sobre excedentes de libre disponibilidad. El retiro de excedentes de libre disponibilidad, se determinará en cualquier caso de conformidad con el artículo 85 de la Ley 100 de 1993, y para dicho retiro se aplicará la tarifa de retención en la fuente que se obtenga mediante el cálculo previsto en el artículo 19 del presente decreto. En todo caso, no se podrán retirar para fines distintos a los pensionales sumas provenientes de aportes obligatorios, salvo que formen parte de los excedentes de libre disponibilidad.
