ARTICULO 2.1.2.1.33 . RESTRICCION PARA LA EMISION DE OBLIGACIONES. Ningún establecimiento bancario podrá emitir obligaciones que puedan o deban circular como moneda. Las cédulas emitidas por los bancos hipotecarios serán únicamente cédulas hipotecarias, con el carácter de documentos de inversión.
