°. Cada uno de los impresos materia de la franquicia no podrá exceder el peso de cincuenta (50) gramos. El sobre deberá señalar un destinatario específico. Para los efectos previstos en este decreto se consideran impresos todas las publicaciones, propaganda, manifiestos y documentos publicitarios de carácter político reproducidos por cualquier medio de impresión. Se excluye en consecuencia la correspondencia personal.
