° Adiciónase el artículo 14 del Decreto 2638 con el siguiente inciso: las personas que ejerzan cargos o que presten servicios a través de contratos en el Instituto de Seguros Sociales no podrán ser miembros de los Consejos Asesores de las Gerencias Seccionales del Instituto, so pena de incurrir en causal de mala conducta sanciónatele conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes.
