º Una vez formado el censo de que trata el artículo 6º. la Junta, previo estudio de las documentaciones que le hayan presentado, y de los datos o información que con respecto a ellas haya allegado, procederá a determinar si los reclamantes tienen derecho al auxilio, y, en caso afirmativo, fijara proporcionalmente su cuantía mediante resolución motivada.
