El área total de los lotes de terrenos urbanos que se vendan, no podrá ser mayor de trescientos (300) metros cuadrados. Con todo, podrá ser superior esa superficie, cuando el lote de que se trate esté situado de tal manera que haga imposible el uso de la mayor extensión que tenga.
