Los registros de importación de los productos clasificados por la partida 04.02 presentados ante el Incomex desde el 21 de marzo de 1998 y que no hayan sido utilizados a la fecha de la vigencia del presente decreto, deberán contar con el visto bueno del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, salvo que la mercancía haya sido embarcada con anterioridad a la vigencia de este Decreto.
