º. Inscripción de la resolución. Para fines de publicidad, la resolución por la cual se inicia el procedimiento de extinción del dominio se inscribirá en la Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos correspondiente. El registro se efectuará, a más tardar, al día siguiente de la fecha de radicación de la resolución en la mencionada oficina. Los registradores devolverán el original de la resolución al Instituto, con la respectiva constancia de anotación. A partir del registro de la resolución, las actuaciones administrativas que se adelanten producirán efectos frente a terceros y éstos asumirán las diligencias en el estado en que se encuentren.
