No podrá anunciarse ningún espectáculo taurino sin previo permiso del Alcalde. La solicitud para obtener el permiso de anuncio deberá contener, por lo menos, indicaciones de la clase de espectáculo, el nombre o nombres de las ganaderías cuyas reses se pretende lidiar y el nombre completo de los espadas o matadores que habrán de actuar. Cuando se trate de una serie de espectáculos, la solicitud de permiso para anunciarlos deberá indicar además las fechas en las que habrán de realizarse las corridas.
