Artículo cuarto. Cuando en una empresa haya representantes, vendedores, o agentes viajeros de distintas nacionalidades, en igualdad de circunstancias, los sueldos, comisiones, porcentajes o emolumentos cualquiera que sea su denominación, serán iguales para nacionales y extranjeros. La igualdad de circunstancias, será calificada por el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional. Condiciones para el ejercicio de la profesión.
