Artículo único . Auxíliase á la señora Felisa Delgadillo de Guerrero con la suma de cuatro mil pesos ($4.000) que se tomaran del Tesoro Público.
Esta suma se incluirá en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la vigencia de 1895 y 1896.
