Zarpe y certificado de navegabilidad. Modificado por Art. 98, Decreto 019 de 2012 . Toda nave debe obtener el documento de zarpe, el cual se expedirá el respectivo Capitán de Puerto, cuando reúna los requisitos para ello. No se autorizará el zarpe a las embarcaciones que no exhiban el certificado de navegabilidad vigente que garantice que la nave reúne las condiciones de seguridad necesarias para la navegación.
