Instrucción de Abono a Cuenta a las entidades territoriales beneficiarias del incentivo a la producción . Con fundamento en las respectivas resoluciones de distribución y asignación de los recursos del incentivo a la exploración, producción y formalización, según corresponda, el Departamento Nacional de Planeación adelantará la Instrucción de Abono a Cuenta de los recursos a través del Sistema de Presupuesto y Giro de Regalías (SPGR) al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, en los términos definidos por la normativa vigente.
