La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero se disolverá antes del plazo fijado en estos estatutos en los siguientes casos: 1º. Por las causales señaladas en el artículo 218 del Código deComercio quele sean pertinentes. 2º. Cuando ocurran pérdidas que reduzcan el patrimonio neto por debajo del 50% del capital suscrito, y 3º.Cuando el 95% más de las acciones suscritas Ilega a pertenecer a un solo accionista.
