Funciones del Consejo Nacional de Pagos. El Consejo Nacional de Pagos tendrá las siguientes funciones

Identificar perspectivas, posiciones y necesidades comunes de los actores del sistema de pagos.

Identificar necesidades regulatorias y no regulatorias para promover el acceso, la innovación y el desarrollo del sistema de pagos.

Discutir propuestas y proyectos normativos para promover el acceso, la inno¬vación y el desarrollo del sistema de pagos.

Las demás que se establezcan en el reglamento.
