º. Los recursos financieros del Fondo de Fomento Cinematográfico existentes a la fecha de expedición del presente decreto, previa cancelación de pasivos originados durante la administración del mismo Fondo, serán destinados por el Fondo Mixto de Promoción Cinematográfica a las actividades prevista en la ley y en sus estatutos sociales.
