Prohíbese expedir planillas de carga en las que se establezca que la empresa no asume la responsabilidad inherente al contrato de transporte. Cualquier indicación de esta naturaleza se tendrá por no escrita. La empresa que viole esta norma será sancionada con la suspensión de la licencia de funcionamiento por un período de seis (6) meses.
