Los niños, las niñas y los adolescentes gozan de las libertades consagradas en la Constitución Política y en los tratados internacionales de Derechos Humanos. Forman parte de estas libertades el libre desarrollo de la personalidad y la autonomía personal; la libertad de conciencia y de creencias; la libertad de cultos; la libertad de pensamiento; la libertad de locomoción; y la libertad para escoger profesión u oficio.
