Autorízase la emisión de una serie de estampillas postales ordinarias y de "Correos Extra-Rápido", conmemorativas del "Día del Correo Nacional", en las denominaciones y valores que determine el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.

Parágrafo

El motivo de las estampillas de que trata este artículo será la reproducción de la Medalla "Al Mérito Postal".
