El Director de la Banda Nacional de Músicos será Inspector General ad honórem de las Bandas de Música de la República, tanto civiles como militares y de la Policía; y en las visitas que realice tendrá derecho a viáticos de quince pesos ($ 15.00) diarios y a transportes. El Ministerio dictará el reglamento de estas visitas tan pronto como sea sancionada la presente Ley.
