$ 150.000.00) al Municipio de Guadalupe (Santander), con destino a la terminación de la iglesia parroquial; y con igual suma ($ 150.000.00), con destino a la construcción y dotación de la Casa Consistorial. Estos auxilios serán apropiados por el Gobierno Nacional en los Presupuestos de las vigencias fiscales de 1960 y 1961, por partes iguales, dentro del presupuesto del Ministerio de Obras Públicas; pero si no se apropiaren, el Gobierno, queda facultado para hacer dentro de ellos los traslados que fueren necesarios, a objeto.de quej esta Ley tenga cumplimiento antes de la vigencia de 1962.
