Desde el día 3 Junio de 1891 en adelante, las tarifas que podrá cobrar el Empresario del Ferrocarril de Bolívar por trasportes, pasajes y todas las demás operaciones de que está encargado, serán las detalladas en los artículos de 10 á 12 inclusive, de 15 á 21 inclusive, 25 y de 29 á 37 inclusive del Decreto número 704 de 1877 (Diario Oficial número 4,080), rebajadas en una tercera parte de las mismas y sin recargo alguno por cambio de moneda ó por cualesquiera otras cansas, con excepción de los recargos expresados en la regla 9Diario Oficial número 5,472).
