ARTICULO 340 . Extinción del derecho de dominio . Por sentencia judicial se declarará extinguido el dominio sobre bienes adquiridos mediante enriquecimiento ilícito, en perjuicio del patrimonio del tesoro público o con grave deterioro de la moral social. Para estos efectos, los delitos contemplados en el Estatuto Nacional de Estupefacientes se considera que causan grave deterioro de la moral social. En todo caso quedan a salvo los derechos de terceros de buena fe. Los bienes que pasen al dominio público serán de propiedad de la Fiscalía General de la Nación.
