A partir del 1º de enero de 2001, los Citadores que presten los servicios en la Procuraduría General de la Nación, tendrán derecho a un auxilio especial de transporte, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 32 del Decreto 717 de 1978, así: Para ciudades de más de un millón de habitantes, la suma de treinta y cuatro mil cuatrocientos cincuenta pesos ($34.450) moneda corriente mensuales. Para ciudades entre seiscientos mil y un millón de habitantes, la suma de veintiún mil setecientos catorce pesos ($21.714) moneda corriente mensuales. Para ciudades entre trescientos mil y menos de seiscientos, mil habitantes, la suma de trece mil setecientos noventa y tres pesos ($13.793) moneda corriente mensuales.
