º Las entidades a que se refiere la Ley 4ª de 1964 deberán abrir el registro de proponentes de que tratan el artículo 3º de la misma Ley y el artículo 7º del Decreto 1518 de 1965, en el término de seis (6) meses contados a partir de la fecha del presente Decreto.
