º Cuando procede la acción disciplinaria . La acción disciplinaria procede de oficio cuando la autoridad competente para iniciarla tenga conocimiento directo de la falta, o por solicitud fundamentada de un superior jerárquico del educador de conformidad con Io establecido en este Decreto.
