Decláranse asimismo Cuerpos Consultivos del Gobierno la Academia Nacional de Medicina, la de Jurisprudencia y la Sociedad Colombina de Ingenieros.

Parágrafo

La Academia Nacional de Medicina gozara de una subvención de tres mil pesos ($ 3,000) anuales; la de Jurisprudencia y la Sociedad Colombina de Ingenieros gozaran de dos mil pesos ($ 2,000) anuales cada una.
