Para que los Pagadores de sueldos militares puedan retirar periódicamente las cantidades que pertenecen al Montepío Militar, los Habilitados del Cuartel General, Cuerpo, etc., las expresarán con precisión en el presupuesto mensual, anotándolas en columnas extraordinarias, que les agregarán á las ordinarias en el número que fueren necesario para hacer figurar las partidas que correspondan á cada individuo contribuyente, según el artículo 2.° Al fin del presupuesto sumarán estas partidas, y la suma se retirará del total, de modo que pueda saberse que cantidad corresponde al Cuerpo y cual á la caja del Montepío.
