Artículo octavo. Para las diversas actividades y desarrollo de las laborees, las Direcciones Municipales de Higiene, deben estar previstas de los Medios de Transporte, mobiliario, equipos, dotación, drogas y demás elementos de trabajo necesarios, cuyo suministro corresponde al respectivo Municipio.
