° Límites individuales de crédito . Los establecimientos de crédito deberán efectuar sus operaciones de crédito evitando que se produzca una excesiva exposición individual. Para estos efectos, las instituciones deberán cumplir las normas mínimas establecidas en este Decreto en relación con el monto máximo de crédito que podrán otorgar a una misma persona natural o jurídica.
