Constituyen faltas contra el respeto debido a la administración de justicia y a las autoridades administrativas:

Injuriar o acusar temerariamente a los servidores públicos, abogados y demás personas que intervengan en los asuntos profesionales, sin perjuicio del derecho de reprochar o denunciar, por los medios pertinentes, los delitos o las faltas cometidas por dichas personas.
