Gastos reservados . Corresponde al Director del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad hacer gastos de carácter reservado, cuando las necesidades del Departamento lo aconsejen, con cargo al presupuesto del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad o del Fondo Rotatorio del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad y su ejecución se hará de conformidad con las normas y disposiciones legales vigentes.
