Decreto 2277 de 2004 · por el cual se modifica el Decreto 456 de 2004 y se reglamenta parcialmente el artículo 81 de la Ley 715 de 2001.

Parágrafo 1

transitorio del artículo 2° del Decreto 456 de 2004 quedará así: Las entidades territoriales que para el año 2004 deseen optar por algunas de las alternativas previstas en los artículos 1° y 2° del Decreto 456 de 2004, deberán efectuar el reporte de que tratan los literales a) de los mencionados artículos al Departamento Nacional de Planeación, antes del 15 de agosto de 2004. Después de esta fecha ninguna solicitud será tenida en cuenta para la actual vigencia fiscal. Para los municipios que reporten la información antes del 15 de agosto de 2004, el ajuste a los giros de la Participación de Propósito General con destino a Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico empezará a hacerse efectivo a partir del giro correspondiente al mes de septiembre.
