Elaboración del Plan Especial para el Desarrollo Integral del Distrito de Buenaventura . Con la finalidad de formular el Plan al que refiere el artículo 7 de la Ley 1872 de 2017, el Ministerio del Interior articulará a las entidades sectoriales competentes del Gobierno nacional para garantizar las condiciones técnicas y logísticas que sean necesarias para brindar la asistencia técnica y el acompañamiento participativo que se requiera en su elaboración.
