Trasferencia de la propiedad de vehículos automotores por efecto de la ejecución de la garantía. De conformidad con los artículos 2.2.2.4.2.3. y 2.2.2.4.2.16. el acreedor garantizado adquirirá la propiedad del vehículo sobre el cual recae la garantía tránsito, a solicitud del acreedor, quien la acompañará con la copia del contrato de garantía, copia del formulario registral de ejecución y para efectos de acreditar el ejercicio de su derecho de apropiación, de una declaración juramentada en la que el acreedor garantizado manifieste haber culminado el proceso respectivo.
