ARTICULO 2.1.2.3.30 .- SANCIONES POR DEFECTO EN COLOCACIONES. Por los defectos en que incurran las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda respecto del porcentaje mínimo de colocaciones que deben destinar a financiar la adquisición o construcción de vivienda de interés social, incluyendo las inversiones sustitutivas de dichas colocaciones, de conformidad con las disposiciones dictadas al respecto por la Junta Monetaria, la Superintendencia Bancaria impondrá una multa en favor del Tesoro Nacional por el equivalente al tres por ciento (3%) del defecto que representan mensualmente. Lo anterior se entenderá sin perjuicio de las sanciones que pueda imponer dicha Superintendencia en desarrollo de lo dispuesto en el artículo 1.7.1.2.1 del presente estatuto.
